Fiano di Avellino 'Gold' by Bellaria is a very structured and important wine that comes from the vines of the municipality of Candida. It is aged exclusively in steel tanks and is produced with the so-called Batonnage process, i.e. the refinement of the wine on its lees for at least one year. The result of this process is an increase in consistency and pleasantness on the palate. The characteristic herbaceous notes of Fiano di Avellino combine with those of dried fruit, including almonds and hazelnuts, as well as the aromas of citrus fruits and apples. The intense and pleasant bouquet combined with the fresh and harmonious flavor make Fiano di Avellino a perfect wine to accompany dishes based on fish, shellfish, but also unmatured cheeses and white meats. Also suitable as an aperitif.
