Brut Royale Réserve is one of the Champagne symbols of the prestigious Philipponnat maison, a tribute to the ancient traditions of the family. It comes from the grapes of the best vineyards of the Grand and Premier Cru. This traditional blend is made up mostly of Pinot Noir (65%) to which Chardonnay (30%) and Pinot Meunier (5%) are added. The structure of this Champagne is determined by the addition of at least 20% reserve wines to the cuvée, aged on the lees for 36 months. Floral and slightly toasted scents emerge on the nose, with notes of citrus and honey. The sip is harmonious, broad and structured, with a pleasant freshness. Impeccable balance between structure, persistence and vinosity. A high-level champagne, which the long aging has made a masterpiece.
