Franciacorta Millesimato Nature 2014 by Berlucchi is a wine made from chardonnay and pinot noir grapes harvested in the third decade of August from the vineyards located in the municipalities of Corte Franca and Provaglio d'Iseo: Arzelle, Rovere and San Carlo for chardonnay and Ragnoli for pinot noir. The cuvée was prepared in the spring following the harvest, using only the wines of the vintage. After the second fermentation in the bottle there is a refinement on the lees for at least 5 years, followed by another 6 months after disgorgement. The result is a wine with intense flavors and aromas. A wine of great elegance and complexity, a certainty.

Lugana 'Le Creete' by Ottella is made starting from Trebbiano di Lugana grapes, which have always been widely cultivated in the areas surrounding Peschiera del Garda. Fermentation and aging in steel for a period of between 6 and 8 months, at the end of which the wine is ready to be bottled. It is a very satisfying white wine with enveloping aromas, which strikes when tasted for its refinement, without however renouncing character and personality. Lugana Riserva 'Molceo' by Ottella is made from 100% Trebbiano di Lugana grapes, in the area south of Lake Garda, between Brescia and Verona. This particular terroir is capable of producing wines of intense aromatic concentration and excellent aging potential, with elegant and mineral evolutions. Slightly late harvest and maturation for 16 months on the lees, mostly in steel and a small part in tonneau and barrique. The long aging gives it a rich body and considerable complexity. Rosé wine 'Roses Roses' by Ottella is made on the morainic hills of the Alto Mincio, in the province of Verona. A blend of Corvina Veronese, Lagrein and Rondinella grapes harvested at the end of September, they follow a rigorous vinification protocol: after maceration on the skins for about 10-12 hours, at a controlled temperature, a light onion skin pink must is obtained; fermentation follows for 14-18 days at a temperature of 18°C. Onion skin pink in color, it has an enveloping bouquet that recalls aromas of white peach, plum and pleasant mineral hints. The sip is fresh, fine and balanced. To be combined with dishes based on lake and sea fish, it goes nicely with white meats and light first courses. Also excellent as an aperitif.
