The 'Kaplja' by Damijan Podversic is a white wine made from a typical local blend of Chardonnay, Friulano, and Malvasia Istriana. Among the finest Italian white wines for its class and enveloping style, it is an icon of Italian wine. The winemaking style is typical of Collio, with white wines produced using skin maceration and absolute respect for the territory, avoiding the use of any chemical or synthetic substances. Aged for 36 months in barrels and 12 months of resting in the bottle. Bouquet of great complexity and definition with notes of peach, acacia honey, white flowers, and toasted almonds. Full, creamy, and opulent taste. Excellent.
