The Langhe Nebbiolo by Pelissero is produced from Nebbiolo da Barbaresco vines planted up to a maximum of 15 years of age. Show all the freshness of Nebbiolo. Not very long macerations and with controlled temperatures for freshness of taste and smell. The aging is carried out partly (20/30%) in barriques, of which a percentage of new, variable from year to year, and partly in wooden barrels of 50 hectoliters for a period of about 8/9 months. After assembly it is left to rest for about two months in the bottle before being put on the market.
