'London Dry' Gin by Hayman's is an impeccable interpretation of the most classic of London Dry, a simple and linear distillate, which renews the great tradition of the past, in an authentic and refined way. It is prepared according to the most ancient customs, with a refined selection of botanicals from all over the world, including: juniper, coriander seeds, lemon and orange peel, angelica root, cassia bark, orris root, licorice and walnut muscat. The herbs are macerated in pure English wheat alcohol and then distilled slowly and meticulously, to ensure perfect extraction of all aromas. Its fine, balsamic, delicately spiced and citrusy profile makes it suitable to be tasted alone or to be used to make precious classic cocktails or original creations of the modern mixology. Navy Strength Gin by Hernö is the high-alcohol version (57%) with a more pronounced aroma and taste and where some notes emerge, are enhanced and glorified. The scent turns towards the resinous notes of Juniper, which predominates, followed by citrus, not very sweet, but decisive. The flavor is strong, obviously you can feel the alcohol, but it is overall very pleasant, few frills, clear and clear aromas. It is made with natural and carefully selected organic ingredients: juniper berries from Hungary, coriander seeds from Bulgaria, cranberries from Sweden, black pepper from India and vanilla from Madagascar. Japanese Premium Gin 'Okinawa' by Masahiro is prepared inspired by the tradition and culture of Okinawa: the distillation techniques of local liquors in Awamori (rice distillates) are used. Unlike distillers in western countries, gin is distilled in 2 different individual stills to create a unique flavor that cannot be found anywhere else. Respecting the traditional techniques that have been used in this southern island for over 130 years, a gin is produced in an original way to this day. Inspired by the terroir of Okinawa, a southern island between 2 oceans covered with mineral-rich soils, we have combined juniper berries with five local botanicals.

'Botanical' Gin by Bareksten was inspired by the Norwegian landscape. Dense forests, where sunlight reaches the forest floor only marginally, are typical of the country. Both the geographical position and the climatic conditions make the production of this gin in Norway simply perfect. In addition to 2 months in the summer when the sun never sets, in the winter there is complete darkness for 2 months. Wonderful conditions for growing herbs and berries. For the production of Botanicals gin, only natural and organic ingredients from the area are used: Nordic spices, blueberries, cranberries, elderflowers, rhubarb, mint.

Dry Gin by By the Dutch is distilled in the Herman Jansen distillery in Schiedam, the city where the Gin originated. The botanicals used are: juniper berries, blood orange, lemon peel, dried bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, coriander. The maceration time for each botanical is about 15 days before distillation. Traditional Dutch spices and botanicals are distilled separately. The distillates are then mixed and brought to 42.5% alcohol by volume; a percentage chosen by the master distiller for a perfect balance of aroma and taste. A unique gin, which recalls the tradition of Schiedam.

'Gin 43' by Fred Jerbis is made with 5 extraction methods: alcoholic distillation, steam distillation, cold maceration of dried plant, cold maceration of fresh plant and hot maceration (digestion). It has 43 botanicals of Italian origin: juniper, angelica, lemon, orange, mandarin, thyme, lavender, mint, anise, fennel, mountain pine, lemon balm, iris, imperatoria, savory, clary sage, yarrow, saffron, orange blossom . Artisan gin with accentuated notes of juniper and a delicate, but persistent, and citrusy herbaceous taste. It goes very well with most tonics.

Gin Premium Blended Dry '2punto4' by Jom Spirits was created by the two great award-winning and internationally recognized bartenders Mauro Mahjoub and Jorge Alberto Soratti, together with the historic Abruzzo distillery Michele Jannamico & Figli. Gin 2.4 is produced in a small copper alembic in a bain marie, with a slow and delicate discontinuous distillation that enhances the fragrances of the botanicals of which it is composed. A real explosion of flavors: pleasant smooth and fantastic in mixing thanks to its intensity also given by the high alcohol content.
