The Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG selection 'Asinone' by Poliziano is produced only in the best years and the number of bottles produced reflects the quality of the vintage itself. In the years in which it is not bottled, Asinone is "downgraded" to Nobile di Montepulciano base.
