Baron Longo Liebenstein is a refined cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco, an authentic expression of Lower Atesina. The grapes, cultivated at 250 m s.l.m. on calcareous soils and caressed by a mild Mediterranean microclimate, give life to a wine of great identity. After a slow maturation of 12 months in small oak barrels, the wine presents itself with a brilliant straw-yellow color and an intense bouquet of exotic fruit, white flowers, and subtle vanilla notes. On the palate, it is elegant, harmonious, and persistent, with a balanced freshness that enhances its drinkability. Excellent as a classy aperitif or paired with light appetizers and fish dishes, this natural wine embodies the estate's philosophy: finesse, authenticity, and noble elegance. A sip that tells the story of the territory with style.

Address:
Via Val di Fiemme, 30, 39044 Egna (BZ), Italy
Color: bright straw yellow, with golden hues that suggest elegance and ripeness. The wine appears crystalline and has a beautiful consistency.
Olfactory: it opens with intense aromas of ripe exotic fruit such as pineapple, mango, and papaya, intertwined with floral notes of jasmine and acacia. Hints of vanilla, fresh butter, and sweet almond emerge, a sign of aging in wood, which adds depth and complexity.
Taste: it is broad and enveloping, with a fine and creamy texture. The acidity is well-balanced, supporting a lively freshness that accompanies the sip until the finish. The mineral component is felt in the long and refined finale, with echoes of fruit and sweet spices. A cuvée of great balance and expressive nobility.

THE WINE
Baron Longo Liebenstein is a refined cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco, an authentic expression of the Lower Atesina. The grapes, cultivated at a height of 250 m s.l.m. on limestone soils and caressed by a mild Mediterranean microclimate, create a wine of great identity. After a slow maturation of 12 months in small oak barrels, the wine presents itself with a brilliant straw-yellow hue and an intense bouquet of exotic fruit, white flowers, and subtle vanilla notes. On the palate, it is elegant, harmonious, and persistent, with a balanced freshness that enhances its drinkability. Excellent as a classy aperitif or paired with light appetizers and fish dishes, this natural wine embodies the philosophy of the estate: finesse, authenticity, and noble elegance. A sip that tells the story of the territory with style.
