Champagne Blanc de Blancs Millesimé by Deutz is one of the most representative champagnes of the maison, produced since 1965. It is made starting from pure Chardonnay grapes. The wine remains in contact with its yeasts for 48 months. It has a very elegant, round and enveloping character, with a pleasantly evolved aromatic profile, capable of aging for years in the bottle. It gives off pleasant scents of white flowers, exotic fruit and citrus. A bubble that, given its personality, is recommended to taste during fish dinners. One of the most important labels in the range created by the winery.


Champagne Rosè Brut by Deutz embodies the austere character and the profiles of finesse and elegance typical of Pinot Noir. It is composed of 100% Pinot Noir, coming from the Montagne de Reims and the Vallee della Marne. The production method is that of Assemblage, which involves the addition of still red wine. Deutz makes this bubble by inserting a part of still Pinot Noir produced from very old vines in the Ay area. The period of refermentation in the bottle and consequent rest on the lees has a duration of about 36 months. Fruity tones of currants, raspberries and a citrus note of grapefruit, and then reveal soft traces of vanilla and almond. The whole is linked by a classy mineral vein. Flavor and softness coexist in a great balance.



Premier Cru by Aubry is a blend of the 3 classic wines of Champagne comes from vineyards in the communes of Pargny and Jouy-lès-Reims mainly, and in Villedommage and Coulommes-la-Montagne in small part. Aging for a period of about 18-24 months on the lees before the dégorgement. Minimum dosage of 6 g / l. Great vigor and acidity. Citrus notes on a clear and decisive mineral background.


Champagne Rosé 'Royale Réserve' by Philipponnat comes to life from the classic cut from which French bubbles are made: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and a pinch of Pinot Meunier. It is fruity and elegant, with an intense profile, from which the style of the maison emerges. Vinified in cask with the addition of Pinot Noir and reserve wines, matured on the lees for 36 months. Notes of small red fruits and citrus fruits are enhanced by a fine and delicate aromatic texture, of good freshness and great elegance. A Champagne dedicated to the most sophisticated palates. Philipponnat recommends it both at aperitif time and throughout the meal, in combination with smoked fish and white meats cooked with light preparations.


Champagne Brut 'Blanc de Blancs' Premier Cru by De Saint Gall comes from a selection of the best Chardonnay grapes from vineyards grown within the municipal area of the Premier Cru Cuis of the Cote des Blancs. Rest on the lees for at least 24 months. It is a Champagne that perfectly expresses the mineral typicality of the native terroir combined with the delicate floral aromas, citrus and fruity aromas of Chardonnay. On the palate it is particularly fragrant, delicate and harmonious, with a very fresh finish, which closes on savory notes. De Saint Gall's iconic champagne, the 'Orpale' cuvée is made exclusively of Chardonnay from four villages in the Côte des Blancs classified as 'Grand Cru': Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Cramant, Avize and Oger. The 2008 vintage is dressed in a sober, elegant and environmentally friendly box. A complex and elegant blanc de blancs. It rests on the lees for about 144 months before disgorging. Champagne Brut Nature 'Cumières' by Georges Laval derives from the classic blend of three vines with a prevalence of Chardonnay, coming from old vines in the Cumariot area raised in organic farming. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in foudres, refining in oak barrels, resting on the lees for 24-36 months and resting in the bottle for 3-6 months. It is a Brut Nature, without the addition of dosage liquor. A Premier Cru of great tension, generous and vigor.



Champagne Brut 'Cuvee Prestige' by Taittinger is made from 40 % Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier, using perfectly matured grapes harvested from over 35 different vineyards. This subtle blend results in a light, elegant and balanced champagne. The high proportion of Chardonnay (40 %), allows the Brut Réserve to reach its full aromatic potential after maturing for 3 to 4 years in the cellars. It is unusual for a non-vintage blend to have such a high quantity of Chardonnay, and this is what makes this non-vintage blend so balanced, consistent and world-renowned. It is an excellent champagne, suitable for any occasion.




Champagne 'Cuvée Prestige Rosé' by Taittinger is extraordinarily vibrant and sophisticated. It immediately stands out for its intense and iridescent color whose secret lies in the fact that it is a more complex and expensive blend to produce. In fact, a quantity of still red wine (15%) produced from the best Pinot Noirs of the Montagne de Reims and Les Riceys is added to the final blend. The Chardonnay (30%) that completes the blend brings the elegance and delicacy that underlie Taittinger's distinctive style. Its taste reveals a subtle balance between the freshness and structure of the ubiquitous red fruit, making it full-bodied and soft. Deliciously perfumed as an aperitif, it is also a subtle accompaniment to fruit desserts.
