Burgundy: Côte de Nuits

The Côte de Nuits, in the heart of northern Burgundy, is one of the world’s most prestigious wine regions. Stretching from Dijon to Corgoloin, it offers a remarkable diversity of terroirs that for centuries have produced legendary wines. There are 36 AOC: 6 regional, the Côte-de-Nuits-Villages, and 8 communal appellations such as Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny, Vosne-Romanée, and Nuits-Saint-Georges.

Here, Pinot Noir reaches its finest expression with aromas of red berries, spices, and undergrowth, balanced structure, and outstanding ageing potential. With its 24 Grand Cru, the Côte de Nuits represents the pinnacle of Burgundy.
