Fresh and floral, this Sauvignon blanc is a young wine with an ancient soul. The Sauvignon berries are subjected to gentle pressing and half of the must obtained is fermented in steel tanks, the other half is aged in barriques. After 8 months on the fine lees, the wine is carefully assembled and bottled. Intense fruity notes on the nose reminiscent of elderberry, acacia flowers and sage linked by elegant hints of wood. A wine with a tasty acidity and a long finish.
'Berg' by Colterenzio is made from carefully selected grapes coming entirely from the 'Eppan Berg' area, meaning Appiano Monte, historically renowned in South Tyrol for the production of excellent Pinot Blanc.
