'Perelise' by Colterenzio is made from a selection of the best grapes of gewürztraminer, a typical vine of Alto Adige. Vinified and left to mature in steel, it offers a juicy and sweet taste, which is enriched by subtle fresh and savory notes. Enveloping and very enjoyable, it goes perfectly with spicy and fragrant dishes.
'Berg' by Colterenzio is made from carefully selected grapes coming entirely from the 'Eppan Berg' area, meaning Appiano Monte, historically renowned in South Tyrol for the production of excellent Pinot Blanc. Aged in wood, on the lees for fermentation, for about 10 months, it is a pleasantly fruity wine, with an elegant minerality. Excellent in combination with seafood dishes.
'Puiten' by Colterenzio is a classic rich in finesse produced with grapes from selected historic vineyards. 'Prail' by Colterenzio is made using historic vineyards and this Sauvignon Blanc is born after careful vinification and careful aging. 'Ruit Hora' by Caccia al Piano 1868 has been one of the most brilliant examples of Bolgheri for more than a decade. Harmonious and balanced, this red is capable of playing its cards on particularly elegant and graceful notes. This cuvee of 65% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot, 5% Syrah is vinified in steel, then aged in barrique for a period of 18 months followed by an aging of 6 months in the bottle. Ideal to accompany large meat preparations.
