The 'Strada Chiesa' is a Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry from Varaschin that originates in San Pietro di Barbozza at 300 m above sea level. It is vinified using the traditional Martinotti method at controlled temperatures, with soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation with selected yeasts for at least 4 months. A very fine sparkling wine, with a dense and creamy foam, intense and elegant aromas, with notes of Williams pear, acacia flowers, and wisteria. On the palate, it is soft, smooth, with a pleasant mineral note that concludes with a slightly acidic line given by the marl soils of San Pietro di Barbozza, perfectly balancing this wine. Excellent with appetizers, pasta dishes, and white meat entrees. Also recommended as an aperitif.
