The '1930' is a Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut from Varaschin that originates in San Pietro di Barbozza at 300 m above sea level. It is vinified using the traditional Martinotti method at controlled temperatures, with gentle pressing of the grapes and fermentation with selected yeasts for at least 4 months. It has fine and persistent bubbles, with a silky foam and a delicate, fruity aroma featuring notes of white peach, renetta apple, wisteria flower, and sweet lemon peel. On the palate, it is soft, harmonious, and finally savory with a slight acidic note from the marl soils of San Pietro di Barbozza. Excellent with first courses, especially risottos, and perfect as an aperitif.
