'Contessa Rosa' Rosé by Fontanafredda is a Alta Langa that is born in vineyards located in the Langhe albese and astigiana. Obtained from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes, picked and selected only by hand. Classic method, it is pale pink in color, with onion peel reflections. Excellent as an aperitif, classy throughout the meal.
Alta Langa Blanc de Noir by Fontanafredda is a Spumante, Classic Method Sparkling Wine, that comes from pure Pinot Noir grapes. It matures on the lees for 36 months in a cool and dark environment. Poured into the glass it has a straw yellow color with light golden reflections and a fine and persistent perlage that helps to enhance the aromas of white pulp fruit, dried fruit and bread crust. The typical structure of Pinot Noir is immediately perceived on the palate, enhanced by the pleasant creaminess of the foam. Long persistence, freshness and excellent flavor are the sensations that remain in the mouth and in the memory at the end of the tasting of an Alta Langa Mirafiore.
Dedicated to the 162 years of Fontanafredda, the Alta Langa Brut 'HUNDRED SIXTY TWO' by Fontanafredda is obtained from the vinification of 100% Pinot Noir grapes which, thanks to the altitude, mature slowly so as to produce very special aromas, and afterwards a period of aging on yeasts of at least 7 years. Sparkling wine has a very fine and very persistent pérlage and aromas of great intensity and complexity. In the mouth we can notice the structure of pinot noir, with fresh and savory sensations. Sparkling wine with an undisputed personality that makes it ideal as an aperitif and perfect to be paired with any meal, along with tasty and fragrant dishes.
The 'Vigna Gatinera' by Fontanafredda is produced following the rules of the Classic Method scrupulously, and rests for at least 60 months on the lees.
