'Reluì' is a Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Brut by Varaschin that originates in San Pietro di Barbozza at 370 m above sea level. Vinified with the traditional Martinotti method at a controlled temperature, with soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation with selected yeasts for at least 5 months. A very fine and persistent bubble, creamy and silky foam and a refined and fresh aroma with notes of grapefruit, wild green apple and lemon blossom. On the palate it is dry and persistent with citrus and floral notes, a right flavor, a pleasant acidic note given by the Marnose lands of San Pietro di Barbozza.
