Barolo 'Liste' by Borgogno comes from the vinification of Nebbiolo grapes, also 100%, from the administrative territory of Barolo, in the small hamlet of Liste. The Borgogno winery interprets this sensational wine with the utmost respect for local tradition. The harvest takes place in the first two weeks of October. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to Slavonian oak barrels to refine for 4 years, ending with 6 months of refinement in the bottle.
