The Collio Ribolla Gialla 'L'Adelchi' from Venica is a white wine with delicate aromaticity and a unique pleasantness. A Ribolla Gialla vinified in purity and processed only in steel, highlighting the essence of the varietal and all the nuances of the marl soils of Collio. The citrus tones of lemon and cedar open the entry, followed by briny nuances and hints of aromatic herbs. The sip is crisp and medium-bodied, smooth, lively, and with a long persistence. An ideal white for happy hour, aperitifs, or as an accompaniment to light dishes based on white meats or fish. A must-try!

THE COMPANY

A story that began just under a century ago, precisely on February 6, 1930, the day Daniele Venica purchased what is now the central part of the Venica & Venica company, consisting of the farmhouse and the surrounding vineyards. Now, under the sign of a constant and harmonious generational change, Gianni, Giorgio, and Giampaolo Venica continue to foster a deep passion and an incessant love for wine, for the vineyards, and for their work. In total, there are just under forty hectares of vineyard owned by the company, located on some of the best hills of Dolegna, and managed following ecological agronomic practices with a low environmental impact. Among the rows, the plants are cared for almost meticulously, and with full respect for nature, biodiversity, and ecosystem, they grow on soils made up of eoceanic sandstone marls. In the cellar, method and rigor, then modernity and innovations, combine with the most rooted traditions, giving rise to extremely well-crafted wines of pronounced personality, capable of shining in both monovarietal and blended vinifications. Constantly following every production step, one of the fundamental principles of the company is never forgotten, aimed at enhancing and valuing everything that the season and the territory have been able to express in the fruit. In this way, bottles are created that meet the highest quality standards, capable of telling the best of Friuli when it comes to wine. The labels that bear the name “Venica” have long been an undisputed reference point for the Collio denomination, where the varied range of wines from Venica & Venica stands out for excellence and prestige, and above all is capable of satisfying and conquering even the most refined and demanding palates. Together, these wines constitute a true enological mosaic, aromatic, deep, and precious, as well as convincing, elegant, and refined.
