'DUBL ESSE' by Feudi di San Gregorio is a sparkling wine born from the desire to experiment with the classic method on the grapes of the traditional Greco Campania. The vineyards, whose age is between 18 and 25 years, are all located scattered among the woods of the municipality of Tufo. It is a complex bubble whose name refers to the concept of Selection, because this Spumante contains only the best of the grapes from the vineyards of Greco, leaving an extreme pleasantness in the mouth. Produced without compromises or concessions (pas dosè) and with a lot of care and attention, it is a sparkling wine of surprising elegance and complexity.
