The Ultimate Whiskey Company's Single Malt Scotch Whiskey 'Ballechin' 2011 10 Years is well balanced with hints of dried figs, flowers and soft peat. A Highlands that on the palate has a more prominent peat on the Sherry which however reaffirms itself in the finish. It is aged for 10 years in ex Sherry barrels and bottled without cold filtration and without coloring, to keep the original flavors and colors unaltered. Since the barrels are different every time, the character of the product can change constantly. Each bottle is numbered and all the details of the barrel are mentioned on the label. Only 833 bottles produced.
