Scotch Whisky Single Cask 'Glen Elgin' 11 Years 2010 (700 ml. metal box) Duncan Taylor

The Single Malt Scotch Whisky 'Glen Elgin' 2010 11 Years by Duncan Taylor is part of the 'Single Cask' line, meaning it is obtained from a single barrel, synonymous with the highest quality. It was produced at the Glen Elgin Distillery, a renowned distillery in Speyside. Distilled in 2010, matured in a single barrel, and released in 2021 as Cask Strength whisky at 54.8%, without cold filtration or coloring. Excellent whisky with aromas of sweet orange peel and creamy malt balancing oak spices. On the palate, it is spicy with ginger and cinnamon alongside more savory notes of cumin and black pepper. The finish has a touch of honey, cooked fruit balanced by warm cedar notes. Only 327 bottles produced.
