The 'Bianco V' from Eolia is the result of Malvasia di Lipari grapes sourced from ten different plots located between 250 and 500 meters above sea level on the slopes of the twin mountains of Salina, ancient inactive volcanoes. The vineyards are surrounded by orchards, flowers, and wild herbs and caper bushes. After harvesting, the grapes ferment in steel for about 15 days; then, they mature on the lees for 12 months. The wine is aged in the bottle for about 12 months. Rich in sophisticated charm, it is a distinctly aromatic white wine. A wine with great character: versatile, salty, elegant, gourmet, characterized by a soft and composed acidity. It celebrates the richness of Salina's volcanic terroir, giving it an unmistakable identity. Ideal as an aperitif and perfect for pairing with fish dishes, seafood, and fresh cheeses. Only 5,260 bottles.

Eolia

In the heart of the Aeolian archipelago, on the enchanting island of Salina, a winemaking dream born of wind, sea, and genuine passion comes to life: Eolia Vini. Founded by Luca Caruso and Natascia Santandrea, entrepreneurs deeply connected to their land, this small and precious winery is a rare gem that encapsulates the purest essence of the Mediterranean.
With just 4 hectares of vineyards, divided into 9 small plots, Eolia Vini is an exclusive project, where every production choice is guided by love for the territory and the quest for maximum quality. The vines, caressed by the sea breeze and rooted in volcanic soils, have an average age of 25 years. Each bunch is meticulously hand-harvested, respecting the rhythms of nature, and the deliberately limited yield – about 30 quintals per hectare – ensures concentration, aromatic richness, and expressive finesse.
The production is limited but carefully attended to in every detail. The result? Intense, elegant, and deeply authentic wines that tell the extraordinary uniqueness of the island of Salina: its scent of Mediterranean scrub, the wind blowing from the cliffs, the golden light of the sun reflecting on the sea.
Eolia Vini is not just a winery: it is an idea of beauty, balance, and territory. Each bottle is an invitation to explore the colors, flavors, and authentic soul of a place where time seems to have stopped.
Vino45 is proud to exclusively offer the wines of Eolia Vini, an authentic oenological rarity that brings the wild and refined charm of Salina to the table. For those seeking unique taste experiences, where wine is not just a drink, but emotion and storytelling.

THE WINE
The 'Bianco V' by Eolia is made from Malvasia di Lipari grapes sourced from ten different plots located between 250 and 500 meters above sea level at the foothills of the twin mountains of Salina, ancient inactive volcanoes. The vineyards are surrounded by orchards, flowers, wild herbs, and caper bushes. After harvesting, the grapes ferment in stainless steel for about 15 days; then, they age on the lees for 12 months. The wine is refined in the bottle for about 12 months. Rich in sophisticated charm, it is a distinctly aromatic white wine. A wine of great character: versatile, salty, elegant, gourmet, characterized by a soft and composed acidity. It celebrates the richness of Salina's volcanic terroir, giving it an unmistakable identity. Ideal as an aperitif and perfect to pair with fish dishes, seafood, and fresh cheeses. Only 5,260 bottles.
THE COMPANY

Eolia Vini was born from the idea of Luca Caruso and Natascia Santandrea, two entrepreneurs from Salina, the beautiful island located at the center of the Aeolian Islands panorama. Eolia Vini is a very exclusive winery, consisting of 'only' 4 hectares divided into 9 small plots. The vineyards, which enjoy the wonderful sea breeze of stunning Salina, have an average age of 25 years, are hand-harvested, and have a yield of about 30 quintals per hectare.
