Founded by Luca Caruso and Natascia Santandrea, entrepreneurs deeply connected to their land, this small and precious winery is a rare gem that encapsulates the purest essence of the Mediterranean.
With just 4 hectares of vineyards, divided into 9 small plots, Eolia Vini is an exclusive project, where every production choice is guided by love for the territory and the quest for maximum quality. The vines, caressed by the sea breeze and rooted in volcanic soils, have an average age of 25 years. Each bunch is meticulously hand-harvested, respecting the rhythms of nature, and the deliberately limited yield – about 30 quintals per hectare – ensures concentration, aromatic richness, and expressive finesse.
The production is limited but carefully attended to in every detail. The result? Intense, elegant, and deeply authentic wines that tell the extraordinary uniqueness of the island of Salina: its scent of Mediterranean scrub, the wind blowing from the cliffs, the golden light of the sun reflecting on the sea.
