Alto Adige DOC Sauvignon 'Quarz' 2023 (750 ml.) Terlan

The Sauvignon Quarz 2023 from Cantina Terlan is one of the finest expressions of the Alto Adige DOC. From vineyards between 450 and 900 meters on quartz porphyry soils, it benefits from strong diurnal shifts enhancing freshness and aromatic complexity. The 2023 vintage achieved perfect balance between acidity and fruit ripeness, with intense aromas of grapefruit, passion fruit, sage, and mineral notes. Fermentation in stainless steel and partial aging in wooden barrels add depth and structure without masking varietal purity. On the palate it is elegant, with vibrant acidity and long savory persistence. Excellent with asparagus, shellfish, grilled fish, and aromatic vegetarian dishes, it confirms itself as a white of great class and longevity.
