Alto Adige DOC Pinot Gris 2024 (750 ml.) Terlan

The Pinot Grigio 2024 Alto Adige DOC from Cantina Terlano comes from vineyards between 250 and 500 meters on soils of quartz porphyry and dolomite, imparting minerality and character. The alpine microclimate with Mediterranean influences, marked by sunny days and cool nights, enhances aromatic complexity. After vinification in stainless steel, the wine rests for months on its fine lees, gaining creaminess, depth, and longevity. The bouquet shows pear, apple, citrus, and white flowers. On the palate, it is harmonious, fresh, and savory. Perfect with fish, shellfish, appetizers, and seasonal vegetables, an elegant and versatile white.
