Franciacorta DOCG Dosaggio Zero “Zero Nero” by Andrea Arici is a pure Blanc de Noirs metodo classico, made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes grown on southeast-facing limestone terraces in the Gussago area, at the eastern edge of Franciacorta. Harvesting is done by hand, with a meticulous selection of the best bunches. After a gentle fermentation in stainless steel, the wine matures for at least 30 months on the lees, with no sugar added at disgorgement, allowing the mineral purity and varietal precision to fully shine. The bouquet offers notes of crisp red berries, ripe citrus, chalk, and white pepper. On the palate, it is tense, vertical, and deep, with elegant structure and a long, saline finish that highlights the expressive character of Pinot Noir in sparkling form. A no-compromise sparkling wine, perfect with beef carpaccio, fine charcuterie, sashimi, or spiced dishes.

Andrea Arici
Nestled in the easternmost hills of Franciacorta, near the charming village of Gussago, Colline della Stella is a small, family-run winery founded in 1997 by the passionate and visionary Andrea Arici. Today, the estate spans 15 hectares of terraced vineyards, planted between 150 and 350 meters above sea level on soils rich in active limestone — highly draining and capable of delivering wines with remarkable acidity, tension, and mineral precision.
From the very beginning, the winery has embraced a bold and authentic vision: to craft exclusively non-dosage Franciacorta. No added sugars, no compromises — just the pure expression of terroir and vintage. The result is a collection of sparkling wines that are vibrant, expressive, character-driven, and remarkably elegant, speaking directly to the soul of their origin.
The estate’s flagship varieties, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, are vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged briefly on the lees to preserve their freshness and aromatic purity. The secondary fermentation takes place in bottle following the Metodo Classico, with extended aging on the lees from 18 up to 60 months, allowing the wines to gain depth, texture, and complexity. After disgorgement, the bottles are topped up with the same wine only, maintaining an uncompromised, honest style with zero dosage.
In addition to its acclaimed sparkling wines, Colline della Stella also produces a limited range of bold and expressive still reds, crafted from Barbera, Nebbiolo, Rebo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Syrah. These wines undergo two years of aging in French oak barrels, resulting in refined structure and layered complexity.
More than just a winery, Colline della Stella is a declaration of intent — a celebration of identity, terroir, and unfiltered passion. Each bottle invites you to explore a genuine, uncompromised expression of Franciacorta, shaped by the hands of a true artisan.
