The Toscana Rosso 'I Sodi di S. Niccolò' is the flagship wine of Castellare di Castellina and has been in the Top 100 of Wine Spectator twice. It represents the highest expression of Sangiovese from Chianti Classico accompanied by a small amount of Malvasia Nera, another traditional variety of the area. Vinified in steel and aged in barrique for a period that can last up to 30 months, it reveals itself in the glass with intensity and grace, with harmony and infinite elegance.
