The 'Zymbra' from Cembra Cantina di Montagna encompasses the most characteristic grape varieties of the Cembra Valley: Müller Thurgau, Riesling, and Chardonnay. It embodies the essence of the Valley and is born from the most suited mountain vineyards. In order to enhance the intrinsic characteristics of the varieties and give voice to the soul of the territory, Zymbra is vinified in stainless steel tanks and, for a small part, in French oak barrels for 24 months. Proud and authentic, it tells a tale of innate resilience and fearless elegance on the palate. Incredibly rich and complex bouquet: exotic and tropical notes blend with aromas of ripe mountain fruit. On the palate, the extraordinary salinity – representative of the origin territory – the innate finesse, and a timeless elegance stand out.
