Vineyards on gravelly and sandy soils with limestone lend elegance and structure to Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Carmenère, hand-harvested and vinified by plot. Aging lasts 16–18 months in French oak barrels, 50% new, with regular rackings that enrich the bouquet of black fruits, graphite, vanilla and cocoa. On the palate, silky tannins, mineral freshness, and a persistent finish. Ideal with red meats, game and aged cheeses, with strong aging potential.
