The 'N. 3' by Bressan is the result of the combination of the international varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir and the native grape variety Schioppettino. The result is a complex product with good articulation and great freshness. After a long maceration on the skins, it undergoes about 20 days of refinement in barriques and approximately 12 months in large barrels. Before commercialization, there is an additional 15 months of bottle aging. The bouquet is complex with hints of blackberry and berries, along with earthy and green notes. It has a good structure and consistency, with prominent acidity and well-integrated tannins. The finish is dry and slightly spicy. An expressive and straightforward wine.
