Venezia Giulia IGT Pinot Noir 2018 (750 ml.) Bressan

The Pinot Nero of Bressan is obtained from pure grapes of the same varietal. A clear red where the vineyard must express the power of the place and the grape, without any interference from chemical or synthetic products. It corresponds to a consistent work in the cellar, which involves spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and long macerations on the skins. It ages for 2 years in large oak barrels. Full-bodied and intense, elegant and dry, rich in scents of underbrush and spices. An enchanting and stunning nose for its intensity and variety, with a clear prominence of black pepper followed by all earthy and underbrush notes, and vegetal aromas reminiscent of tomato. On the palate, it shows sumptuousness and has a captivating texture, thanks to a silky and polished tannin. Unique.

Bressan

Nestled in the heart of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the winery Bressan is a stronghold of authenticity and winemaking tradition. Here, where the gentle hills blend with the fresh breezes of the Adriatic, grapes are passionately cultivated, telling the story of a generous and mysterious land. The IGT Venezia Giulia designation is the stage on which Bressan showcases its wine spectacle, a sensory journey rooted in ancient practices and uncompromising methods.

The production philosophy of Bressan is a hymn to nature and craftsmanship. Each glass is the result of a process that respects the natural cycle, where the hand of man guides wisely and sensitively. The grapes, including the distinctive Schioppettino and the refined Pinot Grigio, are cultivated using traditional methods, without invasive interventions, to preserve the essence of the terroir and the purity of varietal expression.

The wines of Bressan are a symphony of character and complexity. Their Schioppettino stands out for its bold personality, with spicy notes and a robust body that envelops the senses in an engaging embrace. On the other hand, the Pinot Noir from Bressan offers a more delicate yet equally intriguing experience, with its aromas of red fruits and a refined structure that enchants with every sip.
