The Vintage Collection Dosage Zéro 2020 is a Franciacorta Millesimato from hand-harvested grapes: 80% Chardonnay, 16% Pinot Noir, 4% Pinot Blanc from selected vineyards. After the exclusive “berry spa” treatment and oxygen-free pressing, the must ferments for 5 months in small oak barrels. This is followed by blending and 48 months on the lees. The patented oxygen-free disgorgement preserves purity and integrity, with Dosage Zéro and no added sulfites beyond natural minimums. Floral, citrus, and yellow fruit aromas lead to a taut, mineral sip. Perfect with oysters, sushi, raw seafood, lemon risottos, and fish soups. Each bottle bears a unique marking for traceability.
