The Vintage Collection Satèn 2020 is a refined Franciacorta Satèn Millesimato crafted from 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Bianco, hand–harvested between August 14 and September 3, 2020, from vines aged 24–31 years. After picking, the bunches are selected, cooled, and subjected to the exclusive “berry spa” with washing and massaging in three tanks and a drying tunnel for absolute purity. The must ferments in small oak barrels for 5 months, followed by tirage in May 2021 and a long 48–month lees aging. Patented oxygen–free dégorgement ensures aromatic integrity and longevity. With only 0.5 g/l dosage and 12.5% Vol, it stands out for creaminess, freshness, and silky perlage, with notes of white fruit and citrus. Perfect with raw seafood, seafood risottos, and soft cheeses, it represents the most elegant expression of the Satèn style.

Ca' del Bosco

Discover the excellence of Ca’ del Bosco, an authentic symbol of Franciacorta where innovation and tradition merge to create unique sparkling wines. The vineyards, nestled on the gentle hills of Cazzago San Martino, enjoy a special microclimate—marked temperature swings, constant breezes, and calcareous‐clayey soils that lend elegance and structure to every cuvée.
Every step of the winemaking process is meticulously managed: from the hand‐harvest, which selects only the finest grapes, to the lees aging, lasting several years to achieve an exceptionally fine perlage and unparalleled aromatic complexity. Iconic bottles—Millesimato 2015, Satén, Rosé Dosage Zéro—stand out for their vibrant freshness, notes of white fruit, and hints of brioche crust, sure to delight even the most discerning palates.
Sustainability is a cornerstone of the estate’s philosophy: low‐impact viticulture, the use of renewable energy, and protection of vineyard biodiversity ensure environmental balance and wines with lasting aging potential. In the winery, cutting‐edge technology combines with artisanal care, with rigorous controls guaranteeing the purest expression of aromas and flavors.
Perfect for celebrating special occasions, Ca’ del Bosco’s Metodo Classico sparkling wines also pair beautifully with refined dishes: from fish carpaccio and sashimi to soft‐cheese platters and white‐meat preparations. Their versatile character makes them the stars of elegant gatherings and moments of true sensory pleasure.
