Gin 'Botanical' Organic (700 ml.) Bareksten

The Bareksten “Botanical” Gin is inspired by the Norwegian landscape, where dense forests and scarce sunlight shape its distinctive character. With two months of endless summer sun and two months of winter darkness, Norway offers perfect conditions for growing herbs and berries. Distilled in Bergen using over 26 local, natural, and organic botanicals—including blueberries, lingonberries, elderflower, rhubarb, mint, and Nordic spices—it is crafted in small batches with potato spirit for purity, smoothness, and aromatic intensity. The nose reveals juniper and citrus, the palate is velvety and complex, ideal for a Gin & Tonic with lemon zest or thyme, or classic cocktails like the Negroni and Dry Martini.

Bareksten

Bareksten represents one of the most fascinating realities in the landscape of contemporary spirits. Born in Norway from the visionary idea of Stig Bareksten, the company stands out for a production philosophy that combines deep roots, wild nature, and authentic craftsmanship. Its headquarters, nestled in the lush greenery of Nordic forests, is more than a production site: it is a sanctuary of purity and inspiration. Here, every creation is the result of a profound connection with the land, the seasons, and local biodiversity.

Bareksten's mission is clear: to reinterpret the Scandinavian tradition of spirits through a modern and international language. It all stems from the desire to return to the world the rugged and authentic character of Norway, filtered through a contemporary aesthetic and taste sensitivity. The company promotes a sustainable and respectful approach, valuing native botanical ingredients and low environmental impact production processes. Every phase, from harvesting to distillation, reflects a perfect balance between technology and nature, art and precision.

Over the years, Bareksten has built a solid reputation globally, earning awards and recognition for the quality and consistency of its style. Its brand, elegant and minimalist, tells a story of Nordic identity, silence, forests, and Arctic light. The dark and mysterious aesthetic of its bottles is not just a distinctive mark but a symbol of a way of living and creating: discreet, powerful, authentic.

On Vino45, Bareksten is more than a name: it is an icon of Nordic excellence, an invitation to discover the profound value of purity and artisanal mastery.
