Gin Valle is obtained through a mixed processing method, the result of the experience of the oldest Italian craft distillery, Distilleria Fratelli Brunello since 1840. After preparing the base of the London Gin on which everything is built, using the Distilled method, the skilled hand of the alchemist Stefano creates the aromas and flavors through a slow and meticulous maceration of dehydrated botanicals in alcohol from Italian grain. Each single spice is allowed to rest for the right amount of time in alcohol at a targeted proof to extract the aromas, fragrances, and everything that will then combine in a magical alchemy in the final recipe. Notes of fresh citrus, herbal and floral nuances blend with a balanced taste, with a soft and velvety finish, enriched by the flavors of almond and prickly pear.

THE COMPANY

Gin Valle is a celebration of the agrigentine culture, in the heart of Sicily, of its history and its natural landscapes. “A sip of eternity” is the motto that the three founders Marco Mandracchia, Vito Nocera, and Slav Aleksiev share as their mission. The Valley of the Temples is a special place, and they wanted to capture its essence in a bottle, creating a gin that respects tradition but stands out for its originality.
