Waris Hubert

The Waris Hubert Maison was founded in Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, where deep chalk soils and terroir vocation give life to refined Chardonnay. Established in 1999 by Olivier Waris and Caroline Hubert, the estate combines family tradition with a modern vision, creating a style that highlights purityaromatic precision, and mineral elegance. The vineyards include Grand Cru and Premier Cru parcels in Avize, Chouilly, Oger, Cramant, and Ay, among the most prestigious areas for producing high-quality Champagne.

The production philosophy is clear: respect for nature, enhancing each parcel, and vinifications aimed at expressing the nuances of every cru. Fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel and partly in oak, with lees aging always exceeding 24 months, giving complexity and depth. The result is cuvées with a distinctive identity, balancing tensionand softnesscitrus freshness and toasted notesfloral aromas and chalky minerality.

Every bottle of Waris Hubert carries the signature of a young Maison, already recognized among Champagne’s most promising producers. From the Chardonnay-only selections, marked by verticality and mineral drive, to the richer blends with Pinot Noir and Meunier, the style remains consistent: essentialelegantvibrant.

Choosing Waris Hubert means embarking on a sensory journey through the heart of the Côte des Blancs, enjoying Champagnes that combine craftsmanship with contemporary finesse. On Vino45 you can explore a curated selection of their labels, ideal for discovering the authentic character of the region.
