Reserve red grapes age in steel, while Chardonnay matures in barrique, with at least 24 months on lees and 4 months after disgorgement. In the glass: fine, persistent perlage, aromas of crisp apple, white flowers, fresh herbs, yeast. On the palate: harmonious, creamy, vibrant, with citrus freshness, marked Chardonnay minerality, softened by ageing, and a long fruity finish. THE HOUSE

Roger Barnier is a family-owned winery that has been operating for five generations. Frédéric Berthelot, the current operator since 1982 and representative of the latest generation, is the grandson of Roger Barnier, who represents the second generation of vignerons and founded the brand in 1935.
