Greco di Tufo 'Oltre' by Bellaria represents one of the most refined and authentic expressions of this historic Campanian vine. Produced from Greco grapes grown in the prestigious municipalities of Prata di Principato Ultra and Montefusco, in the province of Avellino, this wine is born from careful viticulture that respects the territory. The harvest is manual and is carried out in different phases starting from mid-October, so as to collect the bunches at the right level of ripeness, preserving all the aromatic complexity of the grapes.
The vinification involves a soft pressing, a fundamental technique to retain the most delicate aromas and maximize the freshness of the fruit. The wine ages in steel tanks, a choice that allows the varietal purity of Greco to be preserved intact and to fully express the mineral and territorial characteristics of the terroir.
On the nose, “Greco di Tufo Oltre” presents itself with a rich and engaging bouquet: white floral notes intertwine with fruity aromas of green apple, Williams pear and a ripe touch of yellow melon. On the palate it is decisive and vibrant, with a marked freshness and a typical mineral flavor. The chalky, almost saline sensation gives depth and structure, making it a wine capable of surprising with every sip.
With excellent acidity and aging potential, this white lends itself to multiple gastronomic pairings: perfect with shellfish, seafood, seafood first courses, white meats and soft cheeses. “Oltre” is a modern Greco di Tufo but faithful to tradition, designed for those looking for quality, elegance and authenticity in a glass.
