Sicilian Malbec IGT "Tanaurpi" by Pellegrino is the first Sicilian Malbec, born in a small plot of 2.4 hectares in the heart of the Tenuta Gazzerotta, where the sun and the limestone soil give life to a wine with a unique personality. The Tanaurpi is a vintage wine, contemporary, fresh and pleasant, but with a strong identity. Produced by Cantine Pellegrino, it boasts a controlled temperature steel vinification to enhance the purity and integrity of the fruit, followed by a short aging. It stands out for its intense aromas of plum, cherry and light spices, and a sip that is soft, balanced and persistent, with velvety tannins and an elegant finish. A red that combines internationality and Sicilian soul, ideal with grilled meats, aged cheeses, and spicy dishes.
