Born from the careful selection of grapes, all Prugnolo Gentile, coming from the best vineyards of the Estate. It takes its illustrious name from the most famous speech on Love, that of Plato's dialogues, also known as the Convivio. And it is inspired by: a banquet around which diners sit for the pleasure of conviviality, that is, the aptitude to share, in addition to food, even affections, stories, events in a fundamental experience.
