The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico by Albino Armani is the result of a meticulous harvest in the hills of Valpolicella Classica. This Amarone is made from Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes, hand-picked and left to dry for over three months in drying rooms. The result is a majestic wine that offers intense aromas of overripe red fruit, cherry jam, dried figs, dark chocolate, and an elegant balsamic touch on the nose. On the palate, it is structured and enveloping, with a silky tannic texture, great balance between softness and freshness, and a long, warm, and spicy finish. Aged for at least 3 years in Slavonian oak barrels, it is a wine for contemplation but also perfect at the table with braised dishes, game, mushroom-based dishes, and blue cheeses.

The lands of Albino Armani extend across the DOC of the Tre Venezie, a territory that evokes landscapes of rare beauty and rich oenological heritage. Here, tradition intertwines with a modern and sustainable approach, aimed at protecting and enhancing the native grape varieties. The winery has chosen to preserve the environment and its resources by adopting cultivation practices that respect the ecosystem, in a perfect blend of innovation and respect for nature.

THE COMPANY

Four hundred years of history in viticulture in the Adige Valley for the Armani family, documented by notarial records from 1607 in the name of Domenico Armani, preserved at the Historical Archive of Trento. A collective history that from that moment takes the name of the family. Today, the Albino Armani Company has expanded its estates and territories, ranging not only in the Val d'Adige but also with estates in Valpolicella and Marca Trevigiana, with the Trentino estate in Vallagarina, with land at the foot of Montebaldo and Lessinia, and finally in Friuli in the Grave Friulana. The common denominator is respect for the territory and putting man at the center, with his experience and attention, combining tradition with the pursuit of innovation because, as Albino Armani says, "Tradition alone is not enough."
