The Langhe Nebbiolo 'BricdelBaio' from Ca' del Baio is born in the heart of the Langhe, where the vines planted in 2001 grow on gray and blue marls, calcareous-sandy soils. From the selection of the company's vineyards, this important nebbiolo is produced, a synthesis of the different grapes from the estate and the production philosophy of Ca' del Baio. A red wine with a delicately fruity aroma reminiscent of small forest fruits and raspberry jam; dry, warm, harmonious flavor with a pleasantly tannic persistence. An ideal companion to Piedmontese cuisine, from raw meat chopped by hand to tagliolini with meat sauce, it pairs perfectly with grilled meats and roast beef or medium-aged cheeses.
