Tuscany IGT 'Giusto di Notri' 2020 (750 ml.) Tua Rita

The 'Giusto di Notri' by Tua Rita is a tribute both to the church of San Giusto and to the first company vineyard planted in the Notri area. A classic Supertuscan organic wine made with the famous Bordeaux grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. In the territory of the Metalliferous Hills, in addition to exuberant fruit and a dense aromatic persistence, the grapes also express themselves with mineral notes typical of the area, which make its profile particularly elegant. It matures for 18 months in French oak barriques and ages in the bottle for a few months. A red that is more elegant than powerful, capable of reflecting the unique characteristics of the terroir. It has an important structure, a persistent sip, complex and deep, with an elegant tannic texture, refreshing freshness, and mineral notes.
