Grappa Riserva Valdobbiadene 'Prosecco' Barrique (700 ml. boxed) Varaschin

The Grappa Riserva Valdobbiadene Prosecco Barrique Varaschin is the result of a careful selection of fresh pomace from Prosecco grapes grown on the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene DOCG hills, distilled using a double fractionation system with both continuous and discontinuous bain-marie stills, preserving the aromatic purity of the grape. It then undergoes a long aging of over 18 months in Limousin oak barriques, enriching the spirit with intense amber huesand complex aromas of vanilla, honey, blond tobacco, and balsamic woods. On the palate, it is soft, rounded, and velvety, with warm, spicy notes merging into a persistent and harmonious finish. Perfect after a meal, paired with dark chocolate, dried fruit, or blue cheeses, it expresses the noblest soul of the Valdobbiadene terroir.
