It then undergoes a long aging of over 18 months in Limousin oak barriques, enriching the spirit with intense amber huesand complex aromas of vanilla, honey, blond tobacco, and balsamic woods. On the palate, it is soft, rounded, and velvety, with warm, spicy notes merging into a persistent and harmonious finish. THE COMPANY
Varaschin Matteo & sons was founded in 1930 in the village of San Pietro di Barbozza, a fraction of Valdobbiadene right in the heart of the Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG. Casa Brunoro is the tasting room of the Varaschin winery located in San Pietro di Barbozza. A historical place established by the Brunoro family around 1750, it has been home since 1946 to the historic Confraternity of Valdobbiadene.
