The Prime Zibibbo 2005 Grape Spirit by Bonaventura Maschio is a unique distillate, obtained from the fragrant Zibibbo grapes of Pantelleria grown by Donnafugata. Harvested in small crates and transported under refrigeration, they reached the distillery within 48 hours to preserve purity. After gentle pressing and controlled fermentation, distillation takes place in exclusive copper boule stills, under vacuum and at low temperature, maintaining the original aromas. The result is a refined spirit with an intense, enveloping bouquet, ideal to enjoy neat or with dry pastries, candied fruit, and dark chocolate. A distillate crafted for connoisseurs.

THE COMPANY

One of the brands that best represents Italian grappa in the world is Bonaventura Maschio. A large family, a great shared passion. Over a century of history spanning five generations: from great-grandfather Antonio to the current sole administrator Italo, who, together with his children Anna and Andrea, carries on the tradition of a company that has always sought and found essential and authentic values in work, research, and quality. Alongside the Maschio family, entire generations of grape growers, distillers, oenologists, and enotechnicians have grown and formed. Sharing the same experiences and the desire for innovation and quality in every creative and productive aspect.
