Refined emblem of style Perrier-Jouët, the Champagne AOC Brut Blanc de Blancs is a luminous and lively cuvée, obtained exclusively from Chardonnay grapes sourced from Grand Cru and Premier Cru terroir of the Côte des Blancs. The production process follows the rigorous méthode champenoise, with aging on the lees for at least 3 years, which imparts complexity and finesse. The color is golden yellow with greenish reflections, while the perlage is very fine and persistent. On the nose, floral notes of acacia, linden, and hawthorn stand out, with hints of citrus and white peach. On the palate, it is fresh, creamy, and harmonious, with a mineral and refined finish. Perfect as a classy aperitif or paired with seafood crudos, oysters, and delicate carpaccios.

THE WINE

THE HOUSE

Two centuries of traditions constitute a valuable heritage, represented by a true artisanal savoir-faire that has been passed down from generation to generation since 1811. It was in this year that Pierre-Nicolas Perrier and Adèle Jouët founded the House Perrier-Jouët, which today encompasses 65 hectares of vineyards, almost entirely classified at the top of the Grand Cru scale. A pioneer in traceability and the fight against counterfeiting, the House Perrier-Jouët was the first winery to feature the vintage on its bottled wines. Among the rows of vines, careful and forward-thinking choices are all aimed at obtaining precious and excellent grapes, and the fruits harvested from the five main crus of what is defined as the “magic triangle of Champagne” - made up of Cramant, Avize, Mailly, Aÿ, and Dizy - are consistently present in all the cuvées of the house. Bunches of Chardonnay with generous and aromatic scents, then Pinot Noir, fresh and delicate, and finally Pinot Meunier, also generous and fruity, are processed in the winery without seeking shortcuts, pursuing the highest quality level without ever compromising. From the “Grand Brut” to the “Blason Rosé,” up to the vintage “Belle Epoque,” producing Champagne consistently characterized by a refined, intense, and sought-after style, the company offers a range of labels with unmistakable characteristics, distinguished by a wide and elegant aromatic persistence. All of this is the result of knowledge passed down over time and in the silence of the cellars, where the chef de cave have cultivated and enhanced an important know-how that, as if that were not enough, is often enriched and adorned by internationally renowned artists who, since 1902, have decorated the bottles that hold the most important cuvées of the house, almost to celebrate the tasting of Champagne in a sort of union that combines art, poetry, and the beauty of everyday life.
