Champagne AOC Brut “La Cuvée” Laurent-Perrier is the emblem of French elegance. Resulting from impeccable winemaking and the blending of over 100 crus, it combines more than 50% Chardonnay for freshness and finesse, 30–35% Pinot Noir for structure, and 10–15% Meunier for roundness, enriched with 15–30% reserve wines that add depth and stylistic consistency. After 4 years on the lees, it reveals seductive aromas of citrus, white flowers, peach, and bread crust. On the palate it is silky, vibrant, and persistent, with a fine, caressing perlage. Perfect for exclusive aperitifs or with shellfish, oysters, sushi, and fresh cheeses, it turns every toast into a memorable moment.

Laurent Perrier

Founded in 1812 in Tours-sur-Marne, Laurent-Perrier is today a symbol of elegance and freshness in the world of Champagne. Its history is marked by the vision of the de Nonancourt family, who skillfully blended artisanal tradition with innovative spirit, turning every cuvée into an expression of finesse and character.
At the heart of Laurent-Perrier’s style lies the predominance of Chardonnay, a grape variety that imparts its distinctive signature: floral aromas, mineral freshness, and a fine, persistent mousse. Winemaking is carried out with meticulous care, favoring stainless steel to preserve the fruit’s purity and natural balance.
Among the most beloved labels are La Cuvée, a balanced and lively Brut; Cuvée Rosé, an icon with its salmon hue and aromas of strawberry and raspberry; Ultra Brut, pure and without added sugar, perfect for those seeking authenticity; and Grand Siècle, a masterful creation blending three exceptional vintages to achieve aromatic perfection.
Each bottle tells a story of terroir and savoir-faire, crafted to accompany the most important moments: from family celebrations to gala events, or intimate dinners where details make the difference. Served at the ideal temperature, Laurent-Perrier Champagne reveals a harmonious complexity that delights discerning palates and lovers of refined taste.

THE MAISON

Two centuries of traditions constitute a valuable heritage, represented by a true artisanal savoir-faire that has been passed down from generation to generation since 1811. It was in this year that Pierre-Nicolas Perrier and Adèle Jouët founded the Maison Perrier-Jouët, which today encompasses 65 hectares of vineyards, almost entirely classified at the top of the Grand Cru scale. A pioneer in traceability and the fight against counterfeiting, the Maison Perrier-Jouët was the first winery to feature the vintage on its bottled cuvées. Among the rows of vines, careful and forward-thinking choices are all aimed at obtaining precious and excellent grapes, and the fruits harvested from the five main crus of what is known as the “magical triangle of Champagne” - composed of Cramant, Avize, Mailly, Aÿ, and Dizy - are consistently present in all the cuvées of the maison. Bunches of Chardonnay with generous and aromatic scents, then Pinot Noir, fresh and delicate, and finally Pinot Meunier, also generous and fruity, are processed in the cellar without seeking shortcuts, pursuing the highest quality level without ever compromising. From “Grand Brut” to “Blason Rosé”, up to the vintage “Belle Epoque”, producing Champagne consistently characterized by refined, intense, and sought-after style, the company offers a range of labels with unmistakable characteristics, marked by a wide and elegant aromatic persistence. All of this is the result of knowledge passed down over time and in the silence of the cellars, where the chefs de cave have cultivated and enhanced important know-how that, as if that were not enough, is often enriched and embellished by internationally renowned artists who, since 1902, have decorated with their works the bottles that hold the most important cuvées of the maison, almost celebrating the tasting of Champagne in a sort of fusion that unites art, poetry, and the beauty of everyday life.
