The Champagne Extra Brut 'Les Beaux Ceps' by Mignon Boulard, 100% organic Pinot Noir, is the purest expression of the terroir that a winemaker can produce: from harvesting to aging, including vinification, everything has been done within and beneath the plot: in the soil at the heart of the Maison, there is a small cellar, dug under the vines. It has witnessed History and is a strong symbol of the familial bond with the land. In this cellar, Cirillo placed two clay amphorae to vinify the grapes harvested from the surface. Once ready, the bottles were placed in a small basement to age 'under the terroir'. A unique wine that is fresh, mineral, precise, and refined. Soft and fresh taste, with a slight and pleasant oxidation on the finish.

THE WINE

THE MAISON

Daniel Mignon & Monique Boulard are the founders of the Maison, having started the first family champagne production in the 1970s. Already experts in sustainable viticulture, they were pioneers in their time. They have been able to carry the torch that was passed to them and pass it on to the next generation. Nestled at the foot of the Marne valley, Venteuil is part of a long line of wine-growing villages along the river. It is renowned for the quality of its Meunier and their great aromatic expressiveness.
