Champagne AOC Extra Brut Premier Cru 'Les Meuniers de Clemence' 2014 (750 ml.) Lelarge Pugeot

The Extra Brut 'Les Meuniers de Clemence' champagne by Lelarge Pugeot is a pure Pinot Meunier. Sourced from Premier Cru classified vineyards in the village of Vrigny in the Montagne de Reims, it is produced from certified organic and biodynamic farming. This cuvée ages on the lees for at least 6 years, after spending 6 months in oak barrels. An autumn bouquet, with a delightful crunch of fruit and a lively persistence. A unique, soft, and balanced earthy flavor complemented by good acidity. An ideal champagne for rich and savory appetizers, exquisite dinners featuring fish, sushi, and sashimi.
