The Champagne Pas Dosé 'L'Aphrodisiaque' by David Leclapart is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown in organic and biodynamic conditions, following the philosophy of Leclapart that each wine should express its essence and characteristics without intervention. The pressed grapes and the must ferment in barriques, in a single blend upstream. This is followed by six years on the lees. A rare, complex, extreme Champagne, capable of evoking strong sensations… hence the name L'Afrodisiaco.
